Qualitätssicherung
The material used to make insulated water bottles is stainless steel, which forms the inner bottle and the outer bottle. SUS304 (18 / 8 food grade stainless steel) is the most widely used as stainless steel, and is used in food equipment, general chemical equipment, atomic energy industry, etc. SUS304 is corrosion resistance, heat resistance, low temperature strength and good mechanical properties. SUS304 using temperature: -196 to 800 °C.

Complete Design Drawing
Base your drawing, our engineering team will release DFM (Design For Manufacturing) report and help revise the drawing. If you only have a design concept without drawings, our R&D team offers design support to complete the drawing.

Quotation & Payment
Nachdem wir alle Ihre Anforderung haben, zitieren wir für beide Werkzeugkosten und Produktpreise. Zahlungsbedingung für Werkzeuge ist, dass, 50% Anzahlung und 50% nach Probe von Ihnen genehmigt. Zahlungsbedingung für die Massenproduktion ist normalerweise 30% Ablagerung + 70% Balance vor Versand.

Tooling Fabrication & Sample Approval
Die Vorlaufzeit für die Herstellung von Werkzeugen beträgt 5 Wochen. Sie erhalten ein 3D-gedrucktes Prototyp-Muster, um das Design zu finalisieren, sowie T1- und T2-Muster für die endgültige Freigabe Ihrer kundenspezifischen Form für Flaschenbecher.

Mass Production
Nachdem das T2-Werkzeugmuster genehmigt und die Anzahlung eingegangen ist, beginnen wir mit der Massenproduktion. Die Vorlaufzeit der Massenproduktion beträgt 45 Tage. Es wird noch länger für benutzerdefinierte Design intelligente Wasserflasche Projekte sein.

Final Payment & Shipping
Nach Erhalt der Restzahlung arbeiten wir mit Ihrem Spediteur zusammen, um den Versand zu organisieren. Wenn Sie keine Erfahrung mit dem Import aus China haben, können wir die gesamte Logistik übernehmen und den Versand weltweit von Tür zu Tür organisieren.

1.Bottle Body Production: 1.raw material → 2.shaping of outer cup and inner tank → 3.welding getter on the bottom piece → 4. copper lining on the surface of inner tank (optional) → 5. welding to join the outer shell with inner tank together → 6. ultrasonic cleaning → 7. vacuum producing (test vacuum 100% first time) → 8. electrolysis → 9. polishing (test vacuum 100% second time) → 10. decoration (painting, powder coating, water transfer, heat transfer printing, laser engraving, silk-screen printing etc.)
2.Bottle Cap/Lid Production: 1. plastic raw material → 2. injection molding → 3. assembly
3.Bottle Assembly and Packaging: 1. confirm packaging requirement per PO → 2. prepare all parts → 3. cleaning dust → 4. inspect parts → 5. assembly bottle body and cap → 6. add sticker or label → 7. on-line 100% inspection → 8. pack into gift box → 9. pack into carton box → Finish
